Submit a Membership Hold Request

Membership Hold Policies:   

• Each unlimited monthly member is entitled to two (2) personal holds per calendar year, each of at minimum fourteen (14) days and at maximum one (1) month in duration. Memberships may be paused at any point in the billing cycle, and the term of the membership will be extended by the duration of the hold. 

• In order to guarantee a hold will take effect, the request must be submitted at least five (5) days prior to the requested start date of the hold. 

• Medical holds are granted on a case by case basis under the advice of a physician or other medical professional, and may require a note from your physician. 

• Holds require a start and end date. It is possible to adjust the end of a hold if circumstances change, however the system does not allow open-ended holds.
