As a surgical oncologist and nearly 63 year old I recommend the classes at RiseUp Fitness without reservations! During the weeks the gym was closed, I felt my health slipping. I did my best with hiking and bike riding and clean eating but it wasn’t until the gym was able to open with Covid-safe practices (smaller classes and ultimately outside) that I felt my health (all aspects including mental) surging back. I tell all my family, friends, and patients that now more than ever we have to be the best version of ourselves. This virus is super serious and now would be a terrible time to gain weight and lose cardiovascular and mental endurance. The equipment is safe, social distances are maintained, and the workouts are better than ever. I am eating better, sleeping better, and feeling strong again.
