​The 30-Day Challenge Starts Monday, October 27th

30 Strong is an uncluttered yet powerful new lifestyle challenge - built to harness the power of your community and keep you committed with just 5 daily rules.

 

Rule 1: Move Your Body
Get at least 30 minutes of movement every day — any style, any intensity.


Rule 2: Hydrate to Perform
Drink at least half your body weight (in ounces) of water daily.


Rule 3: Eat Real Food
Leave out processed foods, refined carbs, and added sugar. Add fruits, vegetables, and plenty of protein and fiber. Fuel your body right.


Rule 4: Keep Alcohol in Check
Weekends only. Clear alcohol only. Max 2 drinks per day.


Rule 5: Build Your Mind
Each day, either watch the short inspirational content we provide or read 10+ pages from a personal growth or educational book.

Your Goal: Follow all 5 rules as many days as you can over the 30 days.
