Here are some tips to help you get started:
Get help - you aren’t expected to be an expert, so find someone who knows what they are doing!
Have a program - accountability is key, and having a program designed to help you meet your goals will keep you on track.
Work with an instructor - fitness instructors are there to help keep you safe & motivated, especially if you have never worked out a day in your life.
Get a buddy - it is actually proven that having a workout buddy or working out with a group helps to keep you committed to reaching your goals.
Schedule your workouts - you can’t leave it up to chance in the busy world we live in!
Measure progress - there is nothing more motivating than seeing your #gains. Celebrate your hard work and achievements!
